Our History

Huaruo Industrial Group was established in 2013 in response to Chairman Xi's call for "One Belt And One Road" strategy.

Henan free trade zone is a modern comprehensive transportation hub, pilot field of comprehensive reform and opening up and inland open economy demonstration zone. Henan Huaruo Import and Export Trading Co., LTD., a branch of the company, was established in Zhengzhou Pilot Free Trade Zone of Henan province with a registered capital of 160 million yuan. Later, Huaruo (Henan) Industrial Co., Ltd. and Henan Huaruo Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. were set up here.

In order to facilitate the rapid response to the customer mechanism, Huaro has set up offices in Turkey, Singapore, Dubai since then.

In May, Huaruo Industrial Group established the division of Huaruo Industrial Group, Huaruo (Shanghai) Industrial Co., LTD., in Shanghai. China's economic, financial, trade and shipping center, for the purpose of steel trade.
